Muay Thai, or "The Art of Eight Limbs" is a combat sport from the muay martial arts of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. It combines the use of fists, elbows, knees and shins. It is associated with a good physical preparation and produces efficient and fast full-contact fighters.

With the "Battersea Power Station Amateur Boxing Club's" presence at MMA Den, 3 ABAE Certified Coaches are available to teach an intense class, under the principles of teaching of The Amateur Boxing association of England. Through a series of drills on heavy bag, speed bags, with shadow boxing and focus mitts offensive and defensive striking will be swiftly improved.

MMA

MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) is a full contact combat sport that allows a large variety of fighting techniques from a mixture of martial arts. It includes striking as well as grappling, both while standing and on the ground, takedowns, submissions, escapes and ground'n'pound and is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. It's most well prestigious promotion is "The Ultimate Fighting Championship" or UFC.
