Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or BJJ is a grappling-based contact sport and martial art founded on the principle of controlling a resisting adversary, leading to ways which force them into submission.
BJJ Classes at MMA Den Battersea place a great focus on the smaller individual’s ability to overpower the bigger opponent through leverage, the correct techniques and manoeuvres. BJJ takes the fight to the ground which lead to the application of joint-locks and choke holds to defeat the other person.
