We recognise that every individual has different needs, depending on their physical abilities or linked to the nature of their social brought up including, sport background and how some people can require a bespoke personal training programme to achieve their goals.

At MMAden you will benefit from tailored one-to-one sessions, allowing you to focus on your particular needs, flexibility, coordination, strength, speed, agility, stamina, technique, and self-confidence are the main aims of our programme getting fit and looking good are just a bonus from all the benefits of training with us. We’ll conduct an initial physical analysis to create a personal regime specifically tailored for you, taking into account current fitness, potential injuries, time limitations and how u manage your nutrition. You will then be guided through a comprehensive programme of“self-care”which includes your training inside and outside the gym, your diet and your lifestyle, complemented by our support services from some of the best personal trainers in London.

Our Personal training integrates a wide range of disciplines Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, BJJ and Strength and Conditioning, we utilise methods to keep both body and mind challenged in a variety of ways. Including options such as flexibility, coordination, joint strength, muscular power, mobility, stretching, cardiovascular endurance and body performance. You can choose to purchase single sessions, packages or pay monthly (no membership fee) and, while we recommend you commit to at least two to three sessions a week, we’re understand about everyone day to day demands.

Your training will be designed to be progressive and challenging, the plan will be to take you through all facets of fitness development, making sure that you are not just leaner, but also stronger, more flexible, more stable and agile.
