
Intermittent Fasting
Hey Everyone, At the time of writing this it is the month of Ramadan in 2018 for our Muslim friends and family and so in this blog post we're going to be sharing with you the power of intermittent fasting which is a tool NOT a diet. Intermittent fasting doesn't tell you what to eat as it is a pattern of eating and not eating. It's not about cutting calories as its just changing when you eat and when you don't eat. So why would you want to do this anyway? Because it is one of
